Farm Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated, knowledgeable, task-driven individual to serve as our Farm Operations Manager.
At Riverside, the Farm Operations Manager is a unique position within the camp setting that provides farm expertise and leadership of our farm operations. An educational farm experience is one of the program offerings available to campers and guest groups at Riverside.
The preferred candidate will have a passion for animal care and experience in hobby or small-scale farming operations. The ideal candidate will have the desire and self-motivation to see projects through to completion. In addition, the ability to work on a team and provide motivation and encouragement to our teen volunteers and young adults is desired.
Riverside is committed to an affordable Christian camp experience for its participants; therefore, assistance and guidance in building a network of supporters is available as this is a missionary-supported position.
